Fees, Quotation & Payment

1. What is the definition of Online Consultation Fees?

Online Consultation Fees only occur for timetable consultation conducted ONLINE by our consultant. Normally we give a Free Online Consultation for first time. Online Consultation Fees only occur for further request and also an optional fees included in the Online Training Session.

2. What is definition of Consultant Fees?

Consultant Fees is defined as the total cost of our consultant physical presence in at any Training area which include the Mass Training as well as Onsite Training. The Fees will normally cover our consultant/s transportation, lodging, meal and administration costs and in some case, the client would prefer to do the arrangement on their own. In this case we will require the proof of booking or documentation in order for us to waive the Consultant Fees.

3. What is the definition of Consultation Fees?

Consultation Fees is meant for a fee specificly meant for any amount of hours clocked for a physical timetabling consultation done by us. Normally we will estimate the number of hours that we deemed is chargeable as a timetabling consultation for the Mass and Onsite Training Session.

4. What is the definition of Training Fees?

Training Fees is meant specifically for Training purpose and will range from the Online, Mass and Onsite Training Session.

5. What is normally included in the Online Training Quotation?

  • Consultation Fees (optional if requested)
  • Training Fees (Online): The cheapest Fees of all Training Fees
  • Timetable Plus Pro Edition (optional if requested; Free version available @Timetable Plus Spring Edition)

6. What is normally included in Mass Training Quotation?

  • Consultant Fees
  • Training Fees (Mass): This usually is cheaper than Onsite Training

7. What is normally included in Onsite Training Quotation?

  • Consultation Fees
  • Consultant Fees
  • Training Fees
  • Timetable Plus Pro Edition (optional if requested; Free version available @Timetable Plus Spring Edition)

8. What is Draft Quotation?

A Draft Quotation an Unofficial Quotation which is not binding as the purpose is a meant to give you rough idea about the price of your request. Normally Draft Quotation will about 80-90% correct as its all based on input of your data.

9. What is Final Quotation?

Final Quotation is an Official Quotation that is binding.

10. How can I proceed the Final Quotation after agreeing with all the terms of Draft Quotation?

Once you have received the Unofficial Quotation, you can go to Quotation Form and request for “Final Quotation” in which you will need to fill up all the necessary fields. Please be informed that we may even need you to Chat with us via Skype to confirm few “grey” area matters before we give the Final Quotation.

11. How long will will I get the Draft Quotation and Final Quotation after my submission?

As for Draft Quotation, you will get the immediate respond. As for Final Quotation, if we do not find any “Grey Area”, we will respond within 48 hours.

12. What is “Grey Area”?

“Grey Area” is basically some information that you have entered in the Final Quotation Form Request which we find need more explanation and clarification.

13. How long will the Final Quotation expire?

Normally the Final Quotation will expire 3 months the posting in the email.

14. What must I do after I agree with the Final Quotation?

If you are wanting to proceed with Online Training with Consultation using Timetable Plus Spring (Free) Edition session after agreeing with the Final Quotation, you can go to Booking Form and select “Online Training with Consultation using Timetable Plus Spring (Free) Edition Training” in which you will then need to fill up all the necessary fields before submission. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email in regards to this matter with all the proceedings for the next move.

15. Are there any price sensitivity for rate of urgency (“Very Urgent”, “Urgent” and “Non-Urgent”) during the Quotation Process?

Yes, Price will definitely be different for “Very Urgent”, “Urgent” and “Not Urgent” Training Date Request.

“Very Urgent” : Premium Price (2-5 days prior to booking and confirmation)

“Urgent” : High Price (6-14 days prior to booking and confirmation)

“Non-Urgent” : Normal Pricing (15 days or more prior to booking and confirmation)

16. When must I make the payment?

The normal procedure for payment is that Full Payment must be made 15 days before the confirmed dates of any requested session.  Below are exceptional cases:

    • For “Urgent” and “Very Urgent” case, payment need to made immediately. We will advise you in your Final Quotation.
    • For “Onsite Training” case, we will require 50% upfront payment (15 days for “Normal” case apart from “Urgent” and “Very Urgent” case) and final 50% before the last day of the session.

17. What method of payment is usually be accepted?

We have few options in the methods of payment. It differs for some Sessions, Services and even Countries. The payment options will detailed in the Final Quotation.

18. I have made payment but had not received any receipt or confirmation from your side, what should I do?

You can file a complain or write to us at support@timetablehub.com. Unless there is an error in transaction or lateness in the transfer between banks especially due to overseas transfer, we will normally email you the confirmation and the receipt within 24 hours after payment has been cleared by our bank.

19. I have made payment and even received the confirmation plus the receipt, but I would like to cancel it. What is your Refund Policy?

  • If the client withdraws from any Consultation, Outsourcing and Training Session at least 14 days before the first day of the session, they will receive a  full refund of the total  fees paid minus  administrative fee; 10% of the total fees
  • If the client withdraws from any Consultation, Outsourcing and Training Session within 14 days, but before 7 days of the first day of the session, they will receive a 50% refund of the total fees paid;
  • If the client withdraws from any Consultation, Outsourcing and Training Session within 7 days of the first day of the session, they will receive no refund of the course fee;
  • However, to avoid any or total deductions, the client may nominate for rescheduling/ replacement session from the available date and time for ONE time only. If the client withdraw again even at least 14 days before the first day of the replacement session, there will be no refunds.
  • The reschedule/replacement session is the maximum of 4 months from the original booking date.
  • All fees will be refunded by cheque within 1 month after Confirmation by the clients to withdraw.

In event of rescheduling or cancellation of by TimetableHub:

  • TimetableHub will refund all fees paid by the client. The client may opt to reschedule their session in another time without any cost involved.
  • TimetableHub cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the client or its employer due to rescheduling or cancellation by TimetableHub.
